Ilene Lubell

Ilene Lubell grew up in the metal business and sold sludge and scrap during the summers in high school and college. After graduating from the University of Michigan-Dearborn’s School of Management, I went on to pursue a career in marketing. Since my dad’s death, I joined my brother in our family business, Mayer Alloys, and then recognized an opportunity to spin off a new company diversifying into new materials and services focusing on supplier diversity opportunities in both the government and commercials sectors and on our mission of recycling to create a cleaner and healthier earth for future generations.
